BOOKING PROCEDURE

  • Contact the PST Booking Office and make your booking.
    • Phone Bookings:
    • Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm.

  • Pay the PST Booking office for the booking.
  • The booking office will send a a Rottnest Ferry Voucher to the ferry operator.
  • You quote the voucher number at the ferry terminal to receive your boarding passes.We can fax you acopy or send you an email confirmation.
  • There is a 2% handling fee on all credit cards except Amex which is 4%.
  • You need to be at the Ferry Terminal 20 minutes prior to departure.
  • It is important that we get a contact phone number should the ferry operator need to contact you if there are any changes to the service that would affect6 your booking.
  • Please note there is a 20% cancellation fee on all bookings . Credit Card purchases will be paid by cheque less credit card service fee of 2% and 4% Amex or Diners Club.
