Responsibilities of Participants Each person nominated by a club is responsible to that club for their participation in the whole of the week and for their behavior. Awardees will thus not be allowed to commute nor to leave the camp precincts except in the case of exceptional circumstances. All personal expenses such as toiletries, drinks and snacks, telephone use etc. are the participants responsibility. Casual clothing is required for most activities. A kit-list will be mailed with final seminar instructions to all participants. Following
