Service Fees-Fairest Charges
Service fees are charged for each service required .eg Written Quotes, Bookings, Changes to bookings, Cancellations,Statements,Term Accounts.A list of these charges is supplied to every client and is geared to the level of business transacted or contracted.

Rebates Option-We Pay for Your Business
As a client you have the option of paying"Published Fares" on a contractual basis. We will pay a sliding rebate according to level of business transacted over an agreed to period.

Reports-Accurate Records for your Administration
Clients receive a statement that covers each agreed to period of business transacted.

Accounts-Cash Benefit or Term Convenience
When paying your account prior travel as requested there is a cash benefit in term savings calculated at .03% daily (maximum 30 days = 9%). When setting up a term account we also require a credit card guarantee. Term accounts also attract a "Term Account Service Fee" that is based on the level of business transacted.

Travel Tools & Links-Valuable Information
Clients have access to a comprehensive list of travel sites that offer specific information. Clients receive these on a floppy disc for easy reference when travelling.

Frequent Flyer Points Management- Maximise Your Benefit.
you can maximise your benefits by placing yourself on the VIP Frequent Flyer information list. By giving us your frequent flyer details we can can book flights on points and co-ordinate frequent flyer/fullfare travel at time of booking.There is a nominal fee for this service but the big winner is you!

"Smart Fares", on Line Airline Fares Search Engine-Helping you plan and budget
