TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS FROM PERTH SOCIAL TIMES BOX OFFICE

APPLICABLE TO CONCERTS , THEATRE PRODUCTIONS and MAJOR EVENTS ADVANCE PURCHASE TICKETS
Advance Purchase tickets are tickets reserved prior them going on sale to the public. They are generally premium tickets.There is no limit on how many tickets you can purchase but this is always subject to availability as we only reserve a limited number of tickets for each performance. Check our web site for coming events and book your tickets as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment. We also sell allocated tickets for productions in tandem with other agencies. These will generally be more expensive as they include a serevice fee and other related charges (See Servive Fee below). Perth Social Times does nor receive any commissions from any producer, promoter or agency from sale of tickets. Sometimes ticfket prices will be below printed ticket price if a discount has been given that we can pass on.

BUYING TICKETS
You can order and purchase tickets direct from our office and pay by credit card, money order. You can also pay cash at our Woodvale Office. Cheques will also be accepted if the confirmation date for payment is a minimum of one week before the event.

PLEASE NOTE CONFIRMATION DATE
On all shows there is a confirmation date for payment of tickets. Ticket orders not paid for by this date are automatically cancelled.
REFUNDS
If a concert is cancelled then all payments except the service fee and credit card fee is refunded. Credit Card fees still apply to credit card reversals.


SECURITY
Perth Social Times retains all records of purchases including ticket seat and block numbers. In the case of lost or stolen tickets. We can release this information to any authority to help you recover the tickets. The promoter reserves the right to withold any refunds or ticket replacements for lost or stolen tickets and treats any such issue on a case by case basis.

SERVICE FEE
Ticket prices include a service that will vary from concert to concert. Please note that some major concerts incur a promoters advance ticket fee for premium tickets. The service fee also includes postage and handling within Australia. Overseas purchases will incur overseas postal rates.

DELIVERY
All tickets sent through the post are by regular mail. If Registered Mail is requested there will be an extra $3.00 charge per standard envelope size. Due to security reasons tickets are not sent out until one or two weeks prior the event. This can vary without notice. Most tickets to major concerts ar not sent out until 1-2 weeksw before the concert. This is a condition from the promoter to minimise the occurance of lost tickets and reduce the possibility of scalping. Tickets isuued through a promoter wi9ll generally mean that NO LOST TICKET VOUCHERS are available in the event that tickets a lost by the purchaser or in the mail. Perth Social Times takes no responsibility forv tickets lost once they are posted or picked up nby the purchaser or representative.

CREDIT CARD HANDLING FEE
On all credit card purchases there is a 2% service Fee except American Express which is 4%. This charge can change without notice.
LOST or STOLEN TICKETSPerth Social Times accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen ticket but will assist as much as possible to either recover tickets or have them replaced. This is usually in the hands of the promoter. We will supply details of your purchase including Row and seat numbers at your request.
